3. Appointment Policy

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance
• Please arrive on time for your appointment
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Repeated no shows may result in being required to prepay for future appointments

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No shows without notice may be charged a no show fee
• TS Curls reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary

• Payment is due at the time of service
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Zelle
• All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon
